In fact, if one stylist has a partial opening and can’t complete your service start-to-finish, another team member may step in to ensure you’re not left waiting. This team-session model means you still receive the full Chrome experience, even when schedules are tight.

Our team is structured to encourage growth at every level:

    •    Junior apprentices are mentored closely while handling shampooing, draping, reception, salon flow, and client comfort. These roles are essential in keeping the energy and efficiency of the salon moving.

    •    Intermediate staff take on larger service responsibilities, assisting senior stylists and working on perfecting their craft with guidance and support.

    •    Master stylists, our Artistic Director, and senior leadership provide mentorship, quality control, and expert consultations. They’re available for service planning, pricing, technique input, and home care recommendations to ensure every client receives personalized, thoughtful attention.
